AAU - SEASONAL BASKETBALL
SPRING | SUMMER | FALL | WINTER
Each season is roughly 8-10 WEEKS long.
2 Team practices per week (Mandatory)
1 Skills Training/Plyometrics class per week (Recommended)
We have teams of all skill levels!
Teams will play in either a local league (semi-competitive) or tournaments (very competitive).
League teams – (8-10 games per season)
Tournament teams – 6 total per season (Same Day Tourney – 2 game minimum)
Tournament & League venues are typically within a 15 – 45 minute drive.
All games in the fall are played on the weekends.
Range may vary for District & State Qualifying Teams.
