Speed & Agility

The training typically includes a combination of exercises, drills, and activities that are designed to improve the following:

Speed: exercises that are focused on improving a young athlete’s ability to move quickly in a straight line.

Agility: exercises that are focused on improving a young athlete’s ability to change direction quickly and efficiently.

Coordination: exercises that are focused on improving a young athlete’s ability to coordinate their movements effectively.

Balance: exercises that are focused on improving a young athlete’s balance and proprioception (awareness of the position and movement of the body)

Power: exercises that are focused on developing explosive power in the legs, hips and core.
