After a program has begun, refunds will only be issued if one of the following requirements is met: • The Program was officially cancelled by Tyler Daniel Basketball. • Request is accompanied with a written medical note. (Medical refunds will be pro-rated based on the date of notice). • Program is forced to end by state mandate. NO REFUNDS will be issued AFTER a program has ended or if request does not meet the requirements above.
TD ELITE: We have a team of coaches, all of which are former players who have been thoroughly trained and background checked. We take pride in training coaches that have a passion for educating. Coaches will be assigned after tryouts & before the season begins. The coach will remain for the duration of the season. Unfortunately we do NOT allow parent coaches or assistants.
Camps & Clinics: Our Coaches and Counselors undergo the same training and background check process. Our constant aim is to consistently position our staff, players, and campers for continual growth and success. Coaches may vary based on availability.
Coaches should be contacted through the TeamSnap messenger. TeamSnap allows you to message the team as a group or message the coach directly. If an emergency persists, further contact info can be accessed within the app by clicking “roster” and then clicking on your coaches name card.
We are unable to provide discounts as the fees are allocated towards the facilities, staff, tournaments, uniforms, and equipment. If your circumstances are unique, please contact email@example.com to inquire about the possibility of pro-rated payments or installment plans. The minimum payment must be met prior to the deadline or player can not participate.
We recieve game times and schedules 48-72 hours prior to the date of the tournament. Please be patient and understanding as we do not handle any of the scheduling for the tournaments or leagues. Game times may be subject to change, please be sure to check the TeamSnap for updates.
TeamSnap is how we manage registration, payment processing, scheduling and team communication. You can use TeamSnap from a web browser or with the mobile app for iOS or Android. You can update your availability for each event as well as receive phone AND email notifications.
In case of inclement weather, we will provide timely updates and notifications via the communication channels registered during the registration process. 1-2 make ups are typically provided to ensure the completion of the program or camp. Note that the specific details and procedures of our inclement weather policy may vary depending on the severity and duration of the adverse weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations, as the safety and well-being of our participants are our primary concerns.
